We have been reminding people on Facebook that to be able to vote for Republican Party leadership at the county and state level, you must be a registered Republican. We want good, Conservative people in the position of leadership that will lead according to solid, conservative values held dearly by those who identify with the TEA Party movement. We encourage everyone to consider being the change you want to see in local, state, and national politics. We must all be involved in this process!

If you are not registered Republican and wish to participate in the precinct meetings, you must register as Republican by January 31st.

ALSO, if you have moved recently and have not updated your address with the Board of Elections, you need to do so prior to January 31st. Otherwise, you could very well go to the WRONG precinct meeting location and be disqualified from delegate participation.  To verify that your correct address is on file with the Board of Elections, check http://www.sboe.state.nc.us/VoterLookup.aspx
